Back to school bash! Thanks!
I just want to thank everyone for their hard work at this event. I was pleased with the turnout and even more pleased with how many of our church family came out and contributed! We made some money for LifeWise, made a few friends, and hopefully gained a few parishioners in the mix. I also want to especially thank my wonderful husband, Chris, for believing in me and helping out so much, he always comes through for me. I am truly blessed to have him and our church family in my life. God blessed us all with a great day, weather held out and we survived the heat. Thanks also to Pastor Duck and the others who believed in me. Also to Doug and Lydia who graced us all with their joyful music! Looking forward to next year! We will have more time to plan, so if you want to be part of the planning, please let me know! I do welcome the help and the constructive criticism! Without that part we can’t make the next one better. So don’t be afraid to tell me and our committee what you didn’t like, as well as what you did like!
