John Volk Baptism

John Volk is a Georgia native and grew up being active in the Boy Scouts. He decided to join the U.S. Air Force in 2018 and completed Basic Cadet Training at the Air Force Academy. During training, he gave his life to Jesus and found a community of believers to fellowship with. When he got stationed at NAS Pensacola, he started attending Heights Baptist Church. After listening to sermons from the Book of John, he felt called to be baptized. On August 10, 2025, he went through Believer’s Baptism and officially joined the church. We are so happy to have him here! Please welcome John to our church family!
